sorry for my absence

Sorry I've not posted much this last week or two but it's been quite a stressful time here with the anniversary of the loss of my mother in law and a hospital diagnosis of a possible rotator cuff muscle (incase you didn't know what that is cos I didn't here is a link:

So I now need an ultrasound and depending on the results I may need keyhole surgery to repair it. At least it explains the pains I've been getting when sewing when a regular pulled muscle should have easily healed by now.
I've got a few posts in the pipeline I just need to sit down and get them written up.
