My first log cabin square

So my first 8inch log cabin square for my chicken is done. Although it can be done on the machine and probably quicker and stronger I like the hand sewing curled up on the sofa so I've chosen to hand sew it. Photos of the finished chicken to come soon I hope. Should have plenty of time to sew with all the snow we've had today!!!!
