Folded patchwork christmas tree!

This was the topic in college this week and its taken many many many hours from Tuesday to today to get the squares folded, pressed and sewn on to the backing but it was worth it!! Seriously happy with how well it has turned out. Need to do the binding next then rather than turning it into the planned wall hanging I've decided to applique it onto a cushion to sit on my rocking chair in our living room. Pictures of the finished cushion to follow soon I hope!!
